Modify exchange rate for sum of sub accounts

Hi,

I have an account in BGN with a sub account in EUR.  The balance shown
for the EUR account is incorrect and I cannot find a way to modify the
exchange rate used for the calculation.

The transactions in the (EUR) sub account only involve accounts in EUR,
so that modifying the exchange rate of a transaction is not an option.

Any idea?
