Button labels gone, can't figure out how to get back

I didn't find an explanation readily available in our wiki, but you can base yourself on the 
explation for Windows [1], except that you should change the file named .gtkrc-2.0.gnucash 
instead of .gtkrc-2.0 in your home directory. If the file doesn't exist, you can simply create it.
