File Transfer Problem

It's possible.  I had to restore the laptop to factory specs. Clock was 
off by two hours.  I had to double check the time zone. The time zone 
was incorrect, but not by 24 hours.  I'll try it again, if you think 
that's what  it is.  Thanks Derek.
