If you look up
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_How_do_I_backup_my_GC_environment.2C_including_preferences.3F
there is a file called saved reports.  This seems to be linked to the
user rather than to a data file, so I am not sure if it is exactly what
you want.
