How to setup Gnucash as a business software?

Hi guys,So I am using the user manual on the website to learn to navigate
gnucash,and things just aren't where the manual says they are. Would you
guys happen to know which version of gnucash was used to make the manual so
that I downgrade to that? Thanks alot for the help.
