64 bit

True, but the most important reason for lack of a 64-bit build is the
lack of resources to TEST it.  Considering that the 32-bit app runs just
fine on 64-bit windows it's just not worth the time to duplicate the
effort for what on the face of it is very little gain.  GnuCash would
not benefit from a 64-bit platform the way some other apps might.

Also, you all have failed to answer the other two questions of the OP.
