Tommy,
Thank you for the help. It turned out the font was the issue. To fix it I ended up updating the font choices in the Default style sheet in GNUCash.

You got me pointed in the right direction and I am thankful for that.
Have a great day!

I just upgraded to 2.6.3 and now my aging receivables report has what look like barcodes where the dollar amounts used to be.
How do I get my report back?

Which operating system do you use? You might have a look at the FAQ:

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_How_get_I_rid_of_strange_unreadable_characters_or_adjust_the_font_size

The solutions there don't cover Windows, and unfortunately the similar entry in the Windows FAQ

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Windows#Font_problems

seems to be a bit outdated.

I suppose you might look at both and report back to the list with your operating system and whether any of that information was helpful to you. Be sure to copy your response to the list.
