Entry to invoice Screen

Only somewhat indirectly.

You can import an invoice as csv.

The trick is that you need to have all the right fields in all the right places.  So it might be easiest to export from Excel to CSV and then run a simple program in your favourite scripting language to add any missing columns get the fields in the right order.

There is some information on that in the help manual on invoice import.
