What you are missing is that GnuCash makes no distinction between on-screen display and
printing to paper :)
I guess I didn't state that explicitly.
So whatever you see on screen will be what you see when printed. If you don't want to have
internal references coloured in blue in print you can only change the link colour in general. It will
change the colour both on screen and while printing.
I hope that clears it up.
