Error Parsing

Hi,

I have been using GnuCash for 7 months to keep the accounts for my small
business. Last updated it on Thursday 12th June, with no problems at all.

Opened it up today and got the error message:

'There was an error parsing the file
file:///Users/Matt/Documents/Business/GnuCash/Accounts.gnucash.'

I tried to open the back up I created on June 5th (stored on a memory
stick), but it throws up the same error message.
