"scraping screens" means that the application is programatically
contacting the web server and then trying to read it like a human.  But
it's not a human, so it's looking for the data in a particular place on
the webpage.  When they change the webpage format in any way the program
doesn't know where to look anymore and needs to be updated.

For more information feel free to google the term.  It's mostly
irrelevant here.

But you need to be running the most recent version, which I believe is 1.31
