Advance Porfolio - Can not Receive Investment Quotes

Everything was working great until my computer crashed. I had to re-install
windows 7. When I re-installed GnuCash 6.3, I was unable to download
quotes. I keep getting the "Unable to retrieve quotes for these items:"
Those items are my investments that I am tracking.

I did go the menu and pressed the icon to install online price retrieval.

I would appreciate your help here.
