Downloading Stock Prices - Finance::Quote Problems

Erik, it sounds like you're a programmer that you are able to proceed and
have success. I am having GREAT difficulty in retrieving my stock prices
like I was able to do before. Making a long story short, my computer
crashed and window 7 was re-installed by my computer guy. Now I can no
longer get my stock prices.

I have downloaded the latest version of GnuCash and have installed it as
the System Administrator. I then went into the GnuCash folder and ran the
utility to download prices. When I request the stock price it comes back
with "Unable to retrieve quotes for these items:" . I could sure use some
help here. I am NOT a programmer and anything I do needs to be explained as
simply as possible. Thanks.
