Sure.  Generate the reports that your accountant needs and then you can
either export them as HTML or print them as PDF and send them to your
accountant.  You can send them via email, or put them onto a flash drive
and deliver it to them.  The method of delivery will be between you and
your accountant.

PS: You will need to provide significantly more information if the
question you are really asking is "what reports do I need to provide?" or
"how do I configure the reports my accountant wants?"  In particular, you
will need to tell us what your accountant is asking for.  Personally, when
I was using an accountant, I just sent them a Balance Sheet, Income
Statement (Profit & Loss), and then a full transaction report showing all
the transactions for the year.
