Show generation date on report

I think that there was a change in the report generation engine after
2.4.13, although I thought that it took effect in the 2.6 series, which
I am not using.  This is another reason that I am not trying to document
an un-supported release.

In release 2.4.13 the three stylesheets are very different from each
other in the Assets and Liabilities report called the "Balance Sheet". 
There is another report called "Balance Sheet using eguile-gnc" which I
do not use, and it is probably different.
