Finance::Quote setup - assistance request

New to the list - now using GnuCash v2.6.2 built from rev 667b581+ on 
2014-03-02 on Win7.

Attempt to download price quotes failed.  Perl checks as installed. 
Reinstall of Finance::Quote via GnuCash provided link reports as 
installation succeeded; doesn't work.  Text output of the reinstall 
attached.

Thank you for your assistance in sorting this out.
