Printing Search Results

O.K. I concede defeat. I searched the manuals, but I couldn't find 
anything.  Maybe I'm approaching this wrong.  How do you print search 
result?  I have 38 transactions for 12/2/2013 - some income, some 
expense.  How do you print out only the expenses with the total of 
expenses only.
