Finance::Quote never works

That's 1.20 or higher. 1.2 was a *long* time ago.

The Start Menu tool is "Install Online Quotes" and is in the GnuCash folder.

To see what version of F::Q you've got, from the command line run c:\"Program Files (x86)"\gnucash\bin\gnc-fq-check. The first number in the list of sources is the F::Q version number.
