lost "accounts" tab

I copied my gnucash file (to another location) and renamed the copy.
When opening that renamed copy I landed in the "standard view" One open
tab (which happens to be the 'Account' tab).
Can't say which of these 3 things (1. copying file, 2. moving it to
location 3. renaming it) solved the case.
