Problem installing Finance::Quote 1.27 SOLVED

I personally don't consider "Disable Your AV" to be a reasonable solution. At least, not in this day and age.

I don't see on the CPAN bug tracker any further attempt to figure out why the PERL modules won't update behind a WIndows AV program. I find that troubling.
