OFX Connection GNUCash to Vanuard and Capital One 360

Hi Tony,

The request you sent is missing the <BROKERID>vanguard.com element. It
needs to be  set in aqbanking setup -> "users" tab -> edit user-> "bank
settings" tab

Here is a successful ofx log in case I missed anything. I did this setup a
while ago...
