Possibility to see Debit/credit

Dear GnuCash, and thanks so much for this awesome accounting software!!

Is there any way to change the preferences regarding increase and decrease of all accounts simply to be called Credit and Debit instead of all from income, increase etc to charge, expense etc etc.

For me it seems more confusing than simply to use debit and credit - yeah, I’m that old school. ;)
