You seem to be suffering from a couple of misconceptions:

First of all, this isn’t a web forum, the Nabble interface notwithstanding. It’s a mailing list, and most subscribers read it via mail. A two-year-old post is ancient history to them. Replies like this without at least a partial quotation from what you’re replying to are unclear.

Second, read the materials I linked on my previous message: We don’t generally accept patches by mail because they tend to get lost and because code review by email is a PITA. Please attach your patch to an enhancement bug report in bugzilla or fork Gnucash on Github and make a pull request.
