File associations/Icons Windows 7

It looks like the file type associations have become changed.
Try this:
Click Start (or press the Windows key) and type in the search field
'associations'
Select 'Make a file type always open in a specific program' 
Find .gnucash and double-click.
It should gnucash.exe as the recommended program. If not browse to
gnucash.exe which is at
C:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash\bin by default.

Does that fix it?
