copying accounts and transactions from one book to another

I looked at GnuCashToQIF and its web page specifically cites Mutual Fund 
and Stock mappings as not being implemented properly. And the author 
makes no mention at all of mapping trading accounts. Have you managed to 
get these mappings to work somehow?
