Dunno what you mean by "a friendly_code”, but “secure portals with multiple VM on a secure linux server platform” isn’t really on-topic for any GnuCash mailing list. You’ll likely get more useful comments and maybe some help on a VM server mailing list.
VirtualBox (https://www.virtualbox.org/) comes to mind.

Active, yes, Friendly, debatable. On-topic for your VM project, definitely not. As for TurboCash, I don’t know anything about it either, but we had > 7200 downloads from SF last week compared to their < 1200.
