Exporting an account as .csv with the balance column?

The balance column is always a calculated number that is meaningless
except in a list that is known to have a good starting balance, is known
to be complete and has a particular sort order.  I am curious about why
you would want it.  If you are putting it into a report, you should use
your spreadsheet to regenerate it for the report.
