Assuming that you're using Microsoft Windows, the first part is a widely discussed problem that we're working feverishly to fix. In the meantime we've announced that Windows users should revert to 2.6.3 until we resolve the rendering problem with 2.6.4.
If you're not using Windows, please say so.

For the second part, did auto-complete find the account for you, ruling out the possibility of a typo?
