Problems with bar charts

Hi,

I have uploaded a patch to that bug that might fix the problem with the
gaps and the "flying bars".

The change is fairly easy:
Change a "1" to a "0" in one of the lines in html-barchart.scm

You can easily see the change by just viewing the patch file attached to
the bug (click on "Diff" next to the attachment).

I think it should be possible to test this change by just applying it
manually to all files on your local system that are named
html-barchart.scm and restart GnuCash.

Afterwards it should work ... at least differently ... and hopefully
correct ;-)

Any feedback much appreciated - in the best case by adding comments to
the bug.

Kind regards,
/Carsten
