Check the website for the latest info. 
Windows 2.6.4 Releases before suffix 2 were seriously broken, and suffix
2 has some problems with reports Bug 738477 -- Gnucash freezes on exit
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=738477> , so you might want
to go back to an older release until a fix is released.
