  Hi,

Thanks Colin for that solution.

For the record since, I guess, everyone installing 14.10 will have the 
same problem, I did a clean install of Ubuntu 14.10 32bits and had the 
same problem, the arrow keys, backspace and delete keys were not working 
with gnucash 2.6.3. Installing ibus-gtk fixed the problem but I had to 
reboot in order for the fix to take effect.
