gnucash cannot import csv transactions with encoding gb2312

I make a simple test csv file. It just contains a line: just as following,:
2014-09-02 ,ÌÔ±¦¹ºÎï-188-1823-6207 ÉϺ£ Òƶ¯ÊÖ»ú »°·Ñ³äÖµ 100Ôª ¿ì³äÖ±³ä
24Сʱ×Ô¶¯³äÖµ¼´Ê±µ½ÕÊ,99.90
but gnucash cannot display Chinese correctly, can somebody help me?
