There are some thirty .exe files there, I tried some of the plausibly
more likely ones:
aqhbci-tool4.exe
gtk2_prefs.exe
psktool.exe
srptool.exe

without effect.

I'm a bit leery of going about clicking .exe files willy-nilly? Starting
gnucash.exe from there did not change things.
