Special chars embedded in customer IDs

Hi All,
Gnucash 2.6.3
Windows 8.1
Asus Notebook F550L
Have had an interesting experience importing Invoices from a CSV file - for
some reason, some invoices rejected with an error "CUSTOMER_DO_NOT_EXIST",
After much deliberation, I believe it's down to the way the customer ID is
entered into Gnucash.
If the Customer ID is cut & pasted from the source data, then it seems to
pick up an embedded CR/LF (or similar) in the process, You can tell there
is something there when you look at the way the list of customers is
displayed in Gnucash
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67475299/Customer%20account%20IDs%20with%20special%20chars.doc
But when you edit the customer details - it all looks fine and there is
nothing to change.
I believe some people have customer accounts created automatically from
external sources without too much issue....so it's only when you
CTRL-C/CTRL-V the data from the csv spreadsheet that it happens.
I seem to have the issue fixed -
1) Edit customer
2) Clear customer ID completely
3) Enter new Customer ID (eg "custid2")
4) Click OK- customer ID should appear normal in list
5) Repeat the above to revert to original name.
Import now works!
