QIF Import: Conflicting File Names

I have a QIF file exported out of GnuCash on Android. I imported it into
GnuCash. I thought it imported fine, but then I see there is an account
name "conflict". A transaction in the GnuCash on Android account named
"Account A" was supposed to be imported to GnuCash Desktop "Account A". But
it went to "Account A 2" with account description "QIF import" Name
conflict with another account." Why is that a "conflict"?
