Installation of guncash

Hi John,

I'm running windows 7.

I followed the downloads link for microsoft windows.(version 2.6.4) and
that seemed to just give me a zip file with no setup files (.exe/.bat).

I also tried following the view all downloads and downloaded the setup file
plus the .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 files and that didn't work.
