Unable to Post Transaction

Hello Guys,

I am unable to post an existing Car Loan transaction. Please help.

*As on 31/03/2014 :*

*Value of Car : *307466.00

 [After subsequent Depriciations as Loan is being carried forward from Prev
Year although starting GNU Cash to record transaction from 01-04-2014]

*Opening Loan balance : *239631.70

 [Balance part of loan after paying of principal partly]

*EMI : *6523.00

 [Contains both Principal and Interest part]


Please suggest how to enter opening balance and also transaction to be
recorded every month as amount is auto debited from Bank account.
