GnuCash and Windows 10`

Yeah, I heard about all the creepy stuff Microsoft is up to.  I've already 
have a bunch of notes about how to turn off keyloggers, uploading info on 
searches and websites, etc etc.  Win10 can be straightened out but it takes 
some research and effort.  It sucks but this is the future of Windows.

Part of the reason for updating this machine now was to get used to dealing 
with such stuff.  I just want to get an early handle on it.  We run mostly 
Linux but have to keep one Windows machine around.
