Win10 x64 There was an unknown error while retrieving the price quotes.

I did a fresh install of Windows 10 this weekend, wiping over my Win7
install. Gnucash and quotes had been working fine under Win7, but now under
Windows 10 it's not working and I'm hoping for some help. I installed
gnucash 2.6.7 after the win10 install was complete, then chose the "Install
Online Price Retrieval for GnuCash" icon which installed strawberry perl and
towards the end of the install got the Date::Manip error discussed a couple
weeks ago. So I ran install Date::Manip and that completed successfully.
But sadly when I try to retrieve quotes in GnuCash I get the "There was an
unknown error while retrieving the price quotes." error. I tried some of
the debug stuff discussed in this thread:

When I run gnc-fq-check I get:

the SetDate or ForceDate config variables instead.
#f

Is the #f normal?

Something that may be of interest, I sniffed the outgoing request with
Wireshark and the GET request being sent for the above gnc-fq-helper command
is this:

GET /d/quotes.csv?f=snl1d1t1c1p2vbapomwerr1dyj1qa2c4&e=.csv&s=AMZN
HTTP/1.1\r\n

are all those crazy characters in the middle normal? I don't have a capture
of a working request so I don't know. Not surprisingly yahoo replies with a
"400 Bad Request".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brett
