Diffing two account files

There are XML diff tools.  Google "xml diff tool" to find some.  I 
haven't used any of them on a GnuCash file, but they might work ok.  I 
used to write XML editing software for a living and know it's possible 
to diff XML files in general.

On the other hand I just use a text diff tool on GnuCash files and the 
reordering problem hasn't been bad enough to be a serious problem.
