Selecting Account in Income Statement Report

I am trying to select specific accounts to use in an Income Statement 
report.  But the box for accounts in the Accounts section of report 
option is blank and clicking on the Select All button does not populate 
the Accounts box. Select Default does not populate the Accounts Box either.

Suggestions please.  I suspect I'm just overlooking something but I 
can't figure out what that might be.

Running 2.6.9 on Mavericks.
