Budgets - how does the community want to use them?

Just wanted to add that I really hope this moves forward.. I've wanted
better budgeting functionality in GC for a long long time but don't have
the skills to do it myself. I'd be happy to contribute via testing &
feedback. Thanks for taking the initiative.
