Mortgage and Loan Repayment

Hi,

I'm not quite sure I understand you correctly: 
1. You have used the wizzard and the calculated cashflow is off by one
penny?  That is quite possible, could be a rounding issue, on side of the
bank. Could also be a timing issue (when is interest due...).

2. The split is completely wrong? That is very strange since the overall
amount is correct (up to one penny). Could you confirm that I rephrased your
questions correctly?
