Reconciliation

So, it appears the problem is unique to me.  I just tried GNUcash 2.6.3 on
Windows 7 SP1 and had the same problem.  I just saved as an XML and them
unzipped the XML.,  Anything specific I should be looking for?

Here is the XML of a check who's number isn't showing up in the reconcile
window:
