How to edit the header

Somehow, you saved your data file as “GnuCash Tip of the Day.gnucash”. Since GnuCash opens the last-opened data file by default, this file is opened each time.

File->Save As will allow you to change the name of the file, and then GnuCash should use THAT file automatically from then on.
