One quote not being retrieved

I have successfully installed online price retrieval and it runs OK 
retrieving quotes for all my stocks except one. I am in Australia and 
most of my stocks are on the Australian exchange (ASX). One of them 
moved to the US NASDAQ exchange and that is the only one I have a 
problem with. I am running Gnucash 2.6.5 on Windows 8.1 and when I 
retrieve prices I always get "Unable to retrieve quotes for these items: 
NASDAQ:BOTA". All the ASX prices are updated OK.
Is there something different I need to configure?
Are there any logs I need to look at?
