Date::Calc fails to install with Online Price Retrieval

I am close to getting Online Price Retrieval install to work - just one more
module to get installed.... Any help would be appreciated.

(Note regarding my previous posts: I was able to get past my HTTP errors by
including my computer name in the hosts file.)

While Installing Online Price Retrieval, install of 'Date::Calc' fails. 
All previous installs showed a result of PASS

The relevant log for Date::Calc is below:
