Creating Several Accounts

Are the accounts you mention separate bank accounts and if so are they 
each in the name of a distinct entity and all three have to report 
separately for (say) tax purposes ?

If so I'd strongly recommend 3 separate gnc books (one for each entity) 
so that any transfer of funds is very obvious at audit time.

If, on the other hand, they're all just versions of you then you can use 
one book / file and will have to trust your own discipline in keeping 
things separate.
