New version 2.6.7 Help files not included ?

These are steps that you can consider.  First totally uninstall 
Gnucash.  Then install it fresh.  A fresh install usually will bring 
everything intact.  I'll do this on one of my Windows machine to verify 
that a fresh install will have the help system available. I'm sure if a 
fresh install fails that will be something important for the developers 
to know.
