Cannot export transactions

I want to export a set of transactions. The documentation says I should see
'Export Transactions to CSV' under the 'Export' option in the 'File' menu in
the account window.

But the only thing that shows up in the 'Export' menu is 'Export Accounts'.
'Export Transactions to CSV' is MISSING!

Can anyone help resolve this?
